We understand that there are times when schedule conflicts arise, and your child will not be able to attend a Middle School Ministry Religious Education session.  The following guidelines have been created to assist you in providing the most comprehensive religious educational experience for your child.

When you child is absent from a session, he/she will be asked to complete an assignment to confirm his/her understanding of the lesson content.  This assignment will consist of reviewing that month’s lesson (from the workbook) and completing an essay question which we will send you via email.  This assignment will be due by the next Middle School Ministry session.

Poor attendance in the Middle School Ministry Program without completing  make-up assignments will be communicated to the coordinator of the Youth Ministry Program and could affect registration into that program (beginning in grade 9) for preparation of the sacrament of Confirmation.
