Particularly in these challenging economic times, we talk with people who are looking for career opportunities:  recent grads, those who have (or are concerned about) losing their jobs due to downsizing and corporate mergers/moves, and those who are interested in changing industry or profession.  

Although we are all aware of the increase to the unemployment rate, we also hear of people struggling to find the right talent for an opening at their business – even though there is available talent, managers/business owners may still be having a hard time filling specific positions.  

Why not network??

To meet these needs, the Resurrection Parish Church/Career Network has been created to leverage the relationships of our parishioners in the hope of helping our parishioners better network and find career opportunities.  This network can also be used for career mentoring – we are hoping to see parishioners interested in providing and receiving career mentoring.
