GENERATIONS OF FAITH

Dear Parents & Students,

We have an exciting addition to our Religious Education Program this year.  It is called Generations of Faith, and it is a very important part of our curriculum.  This program will provide families with an opportunity to share their faith with each other in a nurturing and supportive family environment.  The Generations of Faith meeting is entitled "Light the Fire--A Journey with Jesus".  At this session, we will explore an introduction to the New Testament in the Bible.  

To benefit from this event, it is expected that parents and students will attend together.  This program is open to students that are currently participating in Resurrection's Religious Education Programs (Grades 1 through High School).

We have three dates scheduled for Generations of Faith.  You only need to attend on one of the dates.  Because we have a limited number of people we can accommodate on each date, attendance will be reserved on a first-come first-serve basis.

The Youth Ministry Program seeks to reach out to the teenagers of our parish to help them develop spiritually, emotionally, and psychologically into all that God calls them to be.  The Youth Ministry Program offers a variety of religious, educational and social experiences.  The Confirmation Process is part of the overall Youth Ministry Program of our parish.  The Sacrament of Confirmation is received in the fall of year III of the Confirmation Process.
