Tim Tebow Kneels
There is no doubt that Tim Tebow electrified the fans in Denver. And we all know how his ritual of kneeling in prayer during the games caught on with our youth. Granted that many may not exactly have imitated him in his fervor, they nonetheless were made aware of this athletic hero’s commitment to his God and his faith.

His parents at one time were missionaries and you may have caught the Focus on Family promo segment during the NFL season wherein his parents talked about Tim’s birth as being miraculous. His mother’s pregnancy had many complications but his parents had a deep and abiding faith in God that all would work out for the good.

All the men in our parish are being invited to take time out and kneel. The March Cornerstone weekend is really a gift, a real opportunity to be manly and to devote 26 hours on reviewing our game plan. How are we going to live out the remainder of our lives in such a way that we are truly successful in our relationships with God and the significant people in our lives?

Invest in these 26 hours; give yourself a gift that will keep on giving. Without cameras running you nevertheless will experience a peace and joy so intense that you too will want to do the Tebow kneel.
